ITAMS is a Perth based specialised triage, transport and specialist medical management service designed for employees of employers working in remote and regional areas.

Our 24hour 7days a week call centre is equipped with qualified medical staff, which are able to provide immediate response to medical incidents which occur onsite in an efficient and timely fashion in order to achieve the best outcome for the client.

ITAMS - Integrated Trauma And Management Service was developed over a period of two years in recognition of a gap in the industry in which clients lost positive and effective control of the medical management of their staff in both regional and remote areas.

ITAMS offers a comprehensive streamlined medical management system for injured employees on remote and regional sites. In just one phone call the medical officers on site have access to our 24/7 MAD (Medical Assistance Desk) call center who then arrange, assess, coordinate and transport the patient to one of our clients choice of hospital according to their MERP (Medical Emergency Response Plan) instructions.

ITAMS has worked closely with a diverse range of companies and medical specialists to develop an innovative and seamless injury management process for our clients to regain this control.

Our versatile system enables a clear and effective means of communication and coordination in the event of a medical incident between the company, injured worker and treating specialist.
